Notice of auction of movable property in enforcement proceedings

Bailiff Rocki Albert publishes the announcement on the basis of § 84, subsection 2 of the Code of Enforcement Procedure (CEP).

The bailiff is selling the following property at a public electronic auction in the auction environment of the Chamber of Bailiffs and Bankruptcy Administrators https://www.oksjonikeskus.ee:
the notional share of one-third (1/3) of the joint estate of AINO VALMA (personal identification code 43211260013), who died on 09.01.2013, belonging to the debtor.

The joint estate belongs to three heirs according to the certificate of inheritance issued by Kuressaare notary Gerda Pitk on 08.03.2022 under register no. 452 of the notary's professional activity book).

To the knowledge of the bailiff, the following real estate that was part of the testator's separate property is included in the joint estate:
The real estate named School, entered in the register section of the Tartu County Court Land Registry Department No. 2369934, intended purpose agricultural land, location Saare County, Saaremaa Rural Municipality, Mäebe Village, cadastral number 80701:002:0396, area 4.61 ha.
3 co-heirs have been entered in the land register as joint owners of the real estate.

The bailiff does not have any other information about the testator's assets and liabilities (including the inventory of the estate).
