Bailiff Mati Roodes publishes the announcement on the basis of § 84, subsection 2 of the Code of Enforcement Procedure (CEP).

To participate in the auction, you must register in the auction environment on the page of the property mentioned in this notice, the permanent link to which is: https://www.oksjonikeskus.ee/oksjon/view/?okid=91094 and pay a deposit of 30 euros to Mati Roodes' bank account no. EE821010010124747012 (SEB). Explanation of payment: "Deposit for participation in auction ID91094 on 6.08.2025 12:00. Movable property". The deposit is considered paid from the moment of its receipt. The deposit must be received no later than 06.08.2025 at 12:00. Later receipts will not be taken into account. The deposit paid by the buyer will be included in the purchase price, and it will be returned to other auction participants on the working day following the auction day.

Registration for the auction begins on 09.07.2025 at 16:00 and ends on 06.08.2025 at 12:00.

A person is registered as a participant in the auction if the registration application and its necessary attachments meet the auction conditions, the deposit has been paid and the person may participate in the auction as a bidder.

The auction begins on 06.08.2025 at 13:00 and ends on 12.08.2025 at 13:00. The extended end interval is 3 minute(s).

The bid increment at the auction is 10 euros.

Bids can only be made in the auction environment in accordance with the terms and conditions indicated in the auction environment.

The winner of the electronic auction must pay the purchase price on the business day following the end of the auction in the manner provided for in Section 93(3) of the TMS. If the purchase price exceeds 12,700 euros, one tenth of the purchase price must be paid on the business day following the auction, and the remaining price must be paid within 15 days.
