Bailiff Oksana Kuchmei publishes the announcement on the basis of Section 84, Subsection 2 of the Code of Enforcement Procedure (CEP).

The winner of the electronic auction must pay the purchase price on the business day following the day of the end of the auction in the manner provided for in TMS § 93 (3). If the purchase price exceeds 12,700 euros, one tenth of the purchase price must be paid on the business day following the auction, and the remaining price must be paid within 15 days.

Before the auction begins, the bailiff must be informed of his rights to the thing being sold, if he has not already been notified of them, and these rights must be substantiated at the bailiff's request. Persons who have rights that prevent the auction must achieve the termination or suspension of the auction by agreement with the claimant or on the basis of a court decision before the day of distribution of the proceeds.
