Einar Vallandi, bankruptcy administrator of the estate of Heinar Luht (personal identification code 36007116012), publishes the announcement on the basis of § 136 subsection 1 of the Bankruptcy Act (Bankruptcy Act) and § 84 subsection 2 of the Code of Enforcement Procedure (CEC).

The bankruptcy trustee is selling the following bankruptcy assets at a public electronic auction in the auction environment of the Chamber of Bailiffs and Bankruptcy Trustees https://www.oksjonikeskus.ee:
Car Honda Civic (initial registration 08.03.2007, registration number 085 TGP, beige, hatchback, petrol engine, engine displacement 1799 cm3, engine power 103 kW, manual transmission, front-wheel drive, technical inspection valid until 31.07.2025). Located in the town of Võhma, Põhja-Sakala rural municipality, Viljandi County. According to the motor vehicle tax calculator of the Estonian Tax and Customs Board, a registration fee of 316.80 euros must be paid upon change of ownership. The bankruptcy trustee has been confirmed that the vehicle is in working order. The bankruptcy trustee is selling the vehicle as it can be determined by observation before bidding at the auction and does not provide confirmations about the vehicle's characteristics.

Starting price: 890 euros(t). The price does not include and is not subject to VAT.

To participate in the auction, you must register in the auction environment on the property page mentioned in this notice, the permanent link to which is: https://www.oksjonikeskus.ee/oksjon/view/?okid=91137 and pay a deposit of 89 euros to Einar Valland's bank account no. EE777700771011660603 (LHV Bank). Payment explanation: "Deposit for participation in auction ID91137 on 22.07.2025 12:00. Vehicle: 085TGP". The deposit is considered paid from the moment of its receipt. The deposit must be received no later than 22.07.2025 at 12:00. Later receipts will not be considered. The deposit paid by the buyer will be included in the purchase price, and it will be returned to other auction participants on the working day following the auction day.

Registration for the auction begins on 11.07.2025 at 13:40 and ends on 22.07.2025 at 12:00.

A person is registered as a participant in the auction if the registration application and its necessary attachments meet the auction conditions, the deposit has been paid and the person may participate in the auction as a bidder.

The auction begins on 22.07.2025 at 17:00 and ends on 30.07.2025 at 12:00. The extended end interval is 10 minute(s).

The bid increment at the auction is 85 euros.

Bids can only be made in the auction environment in accordance with the conditions indicated in the auction environment.

The winner of the electronic auction must pay the purchase price on the business day following the end of the auction in the manner provided for in Section 93(3) of the TMS. If the purchase price exceeds 12,700 euros, one tenth of the purchase price must be paid on the business day following the auction, and the remaining price must be paid within 15 days.

RIGHTS OF THIRD PARTIES
The bankruptcy trustee must be notified of his rights to the thing being sold before the start of the auction, if he has not yet been notified of them, and these rights must be substantiated at the request of the bankruptcy trustee.
