Tiia Kalaus, bankruptcy trustee of TALDER Private Limited Company (register code: 10387017), publishes the announcement on the basis of § 136(1) of the Bankruptcy Act (Banking Act) and § 84(2) of the Code of Enforcement Procedure (CEC).

The bankruptcy trustee is selling the following bankruptcy assets at a public electronic auction in the auction environment of the Chamber of Bailiffs and Bankruptcy Trustees https://www.oksjonikeskus.ee:
Peugeot Partner van (2012 model). The vehicle has a valid technical inspection until 30.11.2025.\\\Prohibition of transfer of property entered in the register will be deleted in the event of a successful auction

Starting price: 500 euro(s). VAT will not be added to the purchase price. The buyer is obliged to pay the registration tax arising from the law.

To participate in the auction, you must register in the auction environment on the property page specified in this notice, the permanent link of which is: https://www.oksjonikeskus.ee/oksjon/view/?okid=91157 and pay a deposit of 50 euros to OÜ Talder bank account no. EE512200001120216579 (Swedbank). Payment explanation: "Deposit 30.07.2025 14:00 for participation in auction ID91157. Vehicle: 041MHL". The deposit is considered paid from the moment of its receipt. The deposit must be received no later than 30.07.2025 at 14:00. Later receipts will not be considered. The deposit paid by the buyer will be included in the purchase price, and it will be returned to other auction participants on the business day following the auction day.

Registration for the auction begins on 25.07.2025 at 14:00 and ends on 30.07.2025 at 14:00.

A person is registered as a participant in the auction if the registration application and its necessary attachments meet the auction conditions, the deposit has been paid and the person may participate in the auction as a bidder.

The auction begins on 30.07.2025 at 14:00 and ends on 05.08.2025 at 14:00. The interval of the extended end is 3 minute(s).

The bid step at the auction is 50 euro(s).

Bids can only be made in the auction environment in accordance with the conditions indicated in the auction environment.

The winner of the electronic auction must pay the purchase price on the business day following the end of the auction in the manner provided for in Section 93(3) of the TMS. If the purchase price exceeds 12,700 euros, one tenth of the purchase price must be paid on the business day following the auction and the remaining price must be paid within 15 days.

RIGHTS OF THIRD PARTIES
The bankruptcy trustee must be notified of his/her rights to the thing being sold before the start of the auction, if they have not already been notified to the bankruptcy trustee, and these rights must be substantiated at the request of the bankruptcy trustee.
