Notice of auction of movable property in bankruptcy proceedings

Indrek Lepsoo, the bankruptcy trustee of OÜ Maalaegas (bankrupt) (register code: 11721561), publishes the announcement on the basis of § 136 (1) of the Bankruptcy Act (Bankruptcy Act) and § 84 (2) of the Code of Enforcement Procedure (CEP).

The bankruptcy trustee is selling the following bankruptcy assets at a public electronic auction in the auction environment of the Chamber of Bailiffs and Bankruptcy Trustees https://www.oksjonikeskus.ee:

Dipper trailer DAPA E-10/10, year of manufacture 1995, registration number 686DP, VIN code 25052.

This is a tipper trailer that was standing at the time of the inspection. The condition of the tires is good, there is corrosion on the frame. Valid technical inspection until 06.2025. The VIN code was not identifiable. The data comes from the website of the Transport Board (the trailer's registration number was taken as the basis). Length 8750 mm, width 2550 mm, height 2700 mm.

The property is sold in the condition at the time of transfer (as is) and the bankruptcy trustee does not provide any assurances or guarantees regarding the property and is not responsible for any possible defects, regardless of whether the corresponding defects have been disclosed to the auction participants. By registering for the auction, the participant confirms that he or she has familiarized himself or herself with the property being sold and the terms and conditions of the auction. The property is located in the village of Kaalepi, Järva County. All costs related to the transportation and removal of the property shall be borne by the acquirer of the property. The property must be removed within 5 days of being declared the winner of the auction. The buyer is obliged to bear the costs related to the re-registration of ownership.

To participate in the auction, you must register in the auction environment on the property page specified in this notice, the permanent link to which is: https://www.oksjonikeskus.ee/oksjon/view/?okid=91148 and pay a deposit of 364 euros to OÜ Maalaegas (bankrupt) account no. EE871010220105924013 (AS SEB Pank). Payment explanation: "Deposit 28.07.2025 10:00 for participation in auction ID91148. Vehicle: 686DP". The deposit is considered paid from the moment of its receipt. The deposit must be received no later than 28.07.2025 at 10:00. Later receipts will not be taken into account. The deposit paid by the buyer will be included in the purchase price, and it will be returned to other auction participants on the business day following the auction day.

Registration for the auction begins on 14.07.2025 at 10:00 and ends on 28.07.2025 at 10:00.

A person is registered as a participant in the auction if the registration application and its necessary attachments meet the auction conditions, the deposit has been paid and the person may participate in the auction as a bidder.

The auction begins on 28.07.2025 at 16:00 and ends on 04.08.2025 at 16:00. The extended end interval is 5 minute(s).

The bid step at the auction is 200 euro(s).

Bids can only be made in the auction environment in accordance with the conditions indicated in the auction environment.

The winner of the electronic auction must pay the purchase price on the business day following the end of the auction in the manner provided for in Section 93(3) of the TMS. If the purchase price exceeds 12,700 euros, one tenth of the purchase price must be paid on the business day following the auction and the remaining price must be paid within 15 days.

RIGHTS OF THIRD PARTIES
The bankruptcy trustee must be notified of his rights to the thing being sold before the start of the auction, if he has not already been notified of them, and these rights must be substantiated at the request of the bankruptcy trustee.
