The deposit must be received no later than 19.08.2025 at 16:00. Later receipts are not taken into account. The deposit paid by the buyer is included in the purchase price, and it will be returned to other auction participants on the working day following the auction day.

Registration for the auction begins on 15.07.2025 at 16:00 and ends on 19.08.2025 at 16:00.

A person is registered as a participant in the auction if the registration application and its necessary annexes meet the auction conditions, the deposit has been paid and the person may participate in the auction as a bidder.

The auction will start on 21.08.2025 at 10:00 and end on 28.08.2025 at 10:00. The interval of the extended end is 10 minutes.

The bid step at the auction is 50 euros.

Bids can only be made in the auction environment in accordance with the conditions indicated in the auction environment.

The winner of the electronic auction must pay the purchase price on the business day following the day of the end of the auction in the manner provided for in TMS § 93 (3). If the purchase price exceeds 12,700 euros, one tenth of the purchase price must be paid on the business day following the auction, and the remaining price must be paid within 15 days.

THIRD PARTY RIGHTS
The bailiff must be notified of his rights to the thing being sold before the start of the auction, if the bailiff has not yet been notified of them, and these rights must be substantiated at the bailiff's request. Persons who have rights that prevent the auction must achieve, by agreement with the claimant or on the basis of a court decision, the termination or suspension of the auction before the day of distribution of the result.

ACQUISITION OF COMMON PROPERTY
When acquiring property into common ownership, it is necessary to submit the spouse's signed consent to the auction organizer on the day following the day the auction ends.

PAYMENT OF THE PURCHASE PRICE WITH A LOAN FROM A CREDIT INSTITUTION
