Bailiff Oksana Kuchmei publishes the announcement on the basis of § 153, subsection 2 of the Code of Enforcement Procedure (CEP).

The bailiff is selling the following property at a public electronic auction in the auction environment of the Chamber of Bailiffs and Bankruptcy Administrators https://www.oksjonikeskus.ee:
The immovable property entered in the Tartu County Court Land Register section No. 18514750, located at Lai tn 29-57, Tartu.

A 2-room apartment on the third floor of a residential building. The apartment is furnished, with an open kitchen, and the layout is spread over several floors.

When transferring apartment ownership in enforcement and bankruptcy proceedings, the acquirer is not liable for the obligations of the transferor (former owner) arising from the apartment ownership that have become due ((Section 43(2) of the Apartment Ownership and Apartment Association Act). In other words, when purchasing an apartment at an auction within the framework of enforcement proceedings, the buyer is not liable for the amount previously owed to the apartment association that has become due. Basis: Section 100(4) and Section 89(2) of the Enforcement Procedure Code.
