The object of the auction is the immovable property entered under the registry section no. 7648102 of the Tartu County Court Land Registry Department at the address Harju County, Saku Parish, Kiisa Alevik, Saarepealne (cadastral code no. 71814:001:0229, land revenue land 100%), area 9294.0 m2.
Andrus Aaslaid (personal identification code 37306070006) is entered as the owner in section II.
Under entry no. 2 of section III, a prohibition on the disposal of the immovable property has been entered in favor of bailiff Risto Sepp (personal identification code 37612110236).
There are no entries in section IV.
