Notice of auction of immovable property in enforcement proceedings
Beginning of publication: 15.07.2025
End of publication: until the end of the enforcement proceedings or until the end of the validity of the sale announcement, but not longer than 1 year
Bailiff Risto Sepp publishes the announcement on the basis of § 153, subsection 2 of the Code of Enforcement Procedure (CEP).

The bailiff is selling the following property at a public electronic auction in the auction environment of the Chamber of Bailiffs and Bankruptcy Administrators https://www.oksjonikeskus.ee:
The object of the auction is the immovable property entered under the registry section no. 7648102 of the Tartu County Court Land Registry Department at the address Harju County, Saku Parish, Kiisa Alevik, Saarepealne (cadastral code no. 71814:001:0229, land revenue land 100%), area 9294.0 m2.

Andrus Aaslaid (personal identification code 37306070006) is entered as the owner in section II.

Under entry no. 2 of section III, a prohibition on the disposal of the immovable property has been entered in favor of bailiff Risto Sepp (personal identification code 37612110236).

There are no entries in section IV.

RIGHTS TO BE DELETED, LIABILITY FOR DEFECTS, RISK:
The auction is conducted to satisfy the claims of the claimant and the joint claimants, and after the immovable property is sold at auction, the prohibition notice will be deleted.

The winner of the auction acquires the property in its current condition and the bailiff does not provide the acquirer with any assurances or guarantees regarding the property or its documentation and is not responsible for any possible deficiencies in the documentation. The immovable property is not in the direct possession of the bailiff and the bailiff does not arrange for the transfer of possession to the new owner.
