The property entered in the Tartu County Court Land Register under registry section no. 2847937, located at Lasteaia põik 2-8, Kivi-Vigala village, Märjamaa parish, Rapla county. A terraced house block for sale. The apartment has 5 rooms, the first floor has a hallway, kitchen, bathroom, and living room. The living room leads to the back of the house. The second floor has 4 rooms and a bathroom. The apartment has central water and sewage systems.
When transferring apartment ownership in enforcement and bankruptcy proceedings, the acquirer is not liable for the obligations of the transferor (former owner) arising from the apartment ownership that have become due (section 43 (2) of the Apartment Ownership and Apartment Association Act). In other words, when purchasing an apartment at auction within the framework of enforcement proceedings, the buyer is not liable for the amount previously owed to the apartment association that has become due.
