Notice of auction of immovable property in bankruptcy proceedings

The bankruptcy trustee of Marjaveski OÜ (bankrupt) (registration code: 12579815), Küllike Mitt, publishes the announcement on the basis of § 136 (1) of the Bankruptcy Act (Bankruptcy Act) and § 153 (2) of the Code of Enforcement Procedure (CEP).

The bankruptcy trustee is selling the following bankruptcy assets at a public electronic auction in the auction environment of the Chamber of Bailiffs and Bankruptcy Trustees https://www.oksjonikeskus.ee:

1) apartment property, registered part no. 4923903, which constitutes a 744/37389 notional part of the immovable property with cadastral number 79508:058:0038 located at Tähe tn 98, Tartu city, Tartu county, and the real part is dwelling no. 27, the total area of which is 74.40 m².

Section 3 of the land register contains entries no. 1-30 regarding personal rights of use for parking spaces located on the immovable property and a note regarding the use of the immovable property with regard to the roof terraces of the building in accordance with clauses 2.2 and 2.4 of the agreement of 19.12.2006.

Under entry no. 34 of section 3 of the land register, a note was entered on 02.04.2025 based on the bankruptcy trustee's application of 28.03.2025 regarding the declaration of bankruptcy of the owner of the apartment property, Marjaveski OÜ. The note will be deleted upon sale.

Under entry no. 6 of section 4 of the land register, a mortgage in the amount of €250,000.00 was entered on 30.07.2020 in favor of the Rural Development Foundation (ID 90000245). The mortgage will be deleted upon sale.

The heated area of the apartment is 58.5 m², the balcony area is 15.9 m². The apartment has 2 rooms, an open kitchen, a toilet and a shower room. Type of heat source - district heating, type of water supply and sewage - mains, type of electrical system - mains.

2) apartment ownership registered part no. 4925403, which constitutes 25/37389 of the notional part of the immovable property with cadastral number 79508:058:0038 located at Tähe tn 98, Tartu city, Tartu county and the real part non-residential premises (basement) no. 38, the total area of which is 2.50 m².

Section 3 of the land register contains entries no. 1-30 regarding personal rights of use for parking spaces located on the immovable property and a note regarding the use of the immovable property with regard to the roof terraces of the building in accordance with clauses 2.2 and 2.4 of the agreement of 19.12.2006.

Entry no. 34 of section 3 of the land register contains a note on the declaration of bankruptcy of the owner of the apartment ownership, Marjaveski OÜ, on 01.04.2025 based on the application of the bankruptcy trustee of 28.03.2025. The note will be deleted upon sale.

There are no entries in Section 4 of the Land Register.
