Notice of auction of immovable property in enforcement proceedings

Bailiff Ivi Kalmet publishes the announcement on the basis of § 153, subsection 2 of the Code of Enforcement Procedure (CEP).

The bailiff is selling the following property at a public electronic auction in the auction environment of the Chamber of Bailiffs and Bankruptcy Administrators https://www.oksjonikeskus.ee:
Apartment property registry section no. 2672235, residential land 100%, Jõgeva county, Põltsamaa parish, Pisisaare village, Kase tee 3. 5633 m2. 769/10719 notional share of the immovable and special property dwelling no. 4, the total area of which is 76.90 m2. The apartment for sale is a 4-room apartment, the entrance is on the 2nd floor. The apartment needs major renovation. The apartment is connected to the electricity grid and the central water and sewage system. Some partitions have been removed from the apartment and radiators have been removed from the walls.
In section III of the registry section there is a prohibition notice prohibiting the disposal of the immovable in favor of the bailiff Ivi Kalmet. 28.01.2025 entered on 29.01.2025 based on the bailiff's application. The prohibition of use will be deleted after a successful auction.

The deposit is considered paid from the moment of its receipt. The deposit must be received no later than 24.07.2025 at 10:00. Later receipts are not taken into account. The deposit paid by the buyer will be included in the purchase price, and it will be returned to other auction participants on the working day following the auction day.
